In February 2015 I took a look in the mirror and decided that I needed a personal trainer to help me get back into shape. I reached out to Roger Moreno with RPM fitness and begin training with him right away. At that time Roger was training for a bodybuilding show and I became very intrigued with the bodybuilding world. He saw something in me that I did not see in myself.He encouraged me to participate in a bodybuilding show. He worked with me for months and months, pushed me to my limits and helped me overcome many fears. At the age of 35 I entered the stage of my first bikini bodybuilding competition and took 1st place on 3 categories! I went from 140 pounds and 30% body fat to 107 pounds and 7% body fat in nine months. I now have a new passion for fitness, nutrition, and bodybuilding. I’m so grateful to Roger and RPM fitness for helping me reach my full potential! And I will continue to body-build and compete! Roger truly changed my life!

Before I met Roger and RPM fitness, I traveled from trainer to trainer.  I am the type of person that needs that extra push.  I have a very busy life and I like maximizing my gains.  I felt that Roger would be like every other trainer I had, nonchalant, saying that they care about what your goals are and giving you advice about what to eat.  I can honestly say that Roger has blown me away.  Not only does he tailor the exercise to what your needs and goals are but he makes working out challenging and at the same time enjoyable.  He understands the human physique better than a lot of the trainers that I’ve had in the past.  He also has a strong grasp your nutritional needs at whatever point in the workout plan that you’re in. 

 

I’ve been with Roger for 1 year and I’ve lost 50lbs.  I am down to 15% body fat from 26% body fat and I feel great.  Having said that, it is not all roses and rainbows.  Roger wants to see results himself and pushes you to your limits.  Even when you feel like giving up, he wants you to finish the sets that he has in mind for you.  This is very rewarding.  I enjoy waking up and going to the gym to work out with him because I know I am going to get the most out of my workouts and results stare at me in the mirror every day!

I started my training with Roger Moreno on December 27, 2013. I had yo-yo dieted my whole

life, never being very successful in keeping the weight off and only gaining it back plus more.

Roger put together an exercise program and nutrition plan that finally worked for me. He kept

me motivated by continually assessing my progress and setting new fitness goals or modifying
