High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets

Boxing Conditioning 

Boxing Conditioning teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work ,mitt work with coach and core strengthening exercises.
